Spring in the Mountains 2008 / Spring in the Mountains trek pix-14 May 2–4, 2008

One of many salamanders we sampled in our survey at Purchase Knob. We were very successful in capturing several species of aquatic and terrestrial salamanders, each of which was weighed, measured and identified (at least to genus!).
